CEO and co-founder of Niuexa
Gregor Maric has worked in business process automation since 2012: document workflows, RPA and, today, AI agents. He founded Niuexa to bring the same approach to SMEs: start from the process, measure it, and use AI only where it is needed.
At Niuexa he leads the automation projects and the training. The principle he brings to every project is simple: the agent proposes, the person decides.

We map activities, volumes, times and exceptions and set a starting measure. We choose the technology only afterwards, and measure again with the same criteria.
The agent proposes, the person decides
Exceptions and sensitive decisions go to a person, never straight into the ERP. Human control is part of the project, not an add-on.

There is no need to replace your CRM, ERP or business software: where it is sustainable, we connect the solution to the workflows and tools your team uses every day.
