Who is Gregor Maric
CEO and Co-Founder of Niuexa
Gregor Maric is an Italian entrepreneur working in automation and artificial intelligence. He co-founded Niuexa with Roberto Botto to make generative AI applicable to real business processes rather than pilots that never leave the lab.
His work centres on three areas: assessing which business processes can be automated with a measurable return, designing AI agents that integrate with the systems a company already runs (CRM, ERP, document management), and training the internal teams who will use them day to day.
His position on AI adoption is deliberately pragmatic: artificial intelligence does not replace people, it extends what they can do. Niuexa projects therefore start from a single scoped, measurable use case, with human-in-the-loop checks on the steps that matter.
Areas of expertise
Generative artificial intelligence
Applying large language models to business processes: document generation, summarisation, classification and data extraction from unstructured sources.
AI agents and automation
Designing agents that run end-to-end operational workflows, integrated through APIs and webhooks with the CRM, ERP and line-of-business systems already in use.
Answer Engine Optimization
Methods for making a company citable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overview through structured data and authority signals.
Training and adoption
Training programmes for business teams, aimed at making the people who will use the AI tools self-sufficient once the project is handed over.
Publications
Gregor Maric is the author of The AI Operator Series, a collection of practical ebooks on implementing AI systems and agents in production.
